This Privacy Policy explains how Quantify Systems ("Quantify," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or use our services. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only what is necessary to deliver and support our services.

You provide directly

Contact info — name and email address when you fill out a form, send us a message, or sign up for our Discord;
Purchase info — name, email, and billing details processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not store your full card number.
Discord account info — your Discord username and ID when you join our community server, as provided by Discord.
Support communication — any information you share when contacting support, including your TopStepX account configuration if needed for troubleshooting.

Collected automatically

Site analytics — anonymized visit data (page views, referrer, browser type, country) collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to understand usage and improve the site;
Technical logs — IP address and request metadata, retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect or store your TopStepX login credentials, broker passwords, or trading account balances. The Quantify software runs on your local machine and connects directly to TopStepX using API credentials you supply locally — those credentials never leave your computer.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
To deliver software access, Discord invites, and onboarding communications;
To respond to support requests and inquiries;
To send service-related notices (updates, billing reminders, security announcements);
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms;

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising on the site and do not share your data with advertisers.

Our website uses minimal cookies — essentially only those needed for the site to function and for basic anonymized analytics provided by our hosting platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations:

Active account and purchase records: retained while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically 7 years for tax and legal purposes);
Support communications: retained as long as needed to handle the issue and any follow-ups;
Site analytics: retained per our hosting provider's standard retention (typically up to 2 years, anonymized).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure third-party providers, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, and Discord access private.
