Refund Policy.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Quantify Full License and Quantify Plus subscription. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
2. Quantify Full License — No Refunds
The Quantify Full License is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the v3.x release of the Quantify trading engine. Once payment is processed and access has been provisioned (typically within minutes via our payment partner Whop and our Discord server), the purchase is final and non-refundable.
This policy reflects the nature of digital software delivery: once you have downloaded the software and joined the private Discord, the value has been delivered and cannot be returned.
Before purchasing, you are strongly encouraged to:
- Read the Risk Disclosure in full;
- Read the Terms of Service;
- Review the live performance data and disclaimers shown on the website;
- Ask any clarifying questions by emailing quantifydaytrading@gmail.com before completing your order.
3. Quantify Plus Subscription — Cancel Anytime, No Refunds on Past Payments
Quantify Plus is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation will:
- Stop all future monthly billing;
- Allow you to retain Plus benefits through the end of your current paid billing cycle;
- Remove access to Plus-only Discord channels and features at the end of that cycle.
Past subscription payments are non-refundable, including the most recently completed billing cycle. If you forget to cancel before a renewal charge, the renewal is non-refundable; you may cancel immediately to prevent further charges.
4. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following narrow circumstances:
- Duplicate charge. If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
- Failed delivery. If access cannot be provisioned within 7 days of your purchase due to a fault on our end, you may request a refund.
- Mandatory consumer protection law. Where local law in your jurisdiction requires a statutory refund right (such as a cooling-off period), that right will be honored to the extent legally required.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email quantifydaytrading@gmail.com with your order details and the specific reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Trading Losses Are Not Grounds for a Refund
This applies regardless of how unexpected, sudden, or significant the loss may be. Market conditions change. Strategies that work in one period may underperform in another. By purchasing Quantify, you accept this risk.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your purchase, please contact us first at quantifydaytrading@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank.
Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us in good faith may result in:
- Immediate termination of your Quantify license and access;
- Permanent ban from the Quantify Discord and all future products;
- Disputed charge defense submitted to the card issuer with documentation of delivered access.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the update. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
